AMENDMENT TO RICHFIELD CITY CODE RELATED TO ZONING
AMENDING SUBSECTION 537.05, SUBDIVISION 1
RELATED TO CONDITIONAL USES IN THE
MIXED USE DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 Subsection 537.05, Subdivision 1 of the Richfield City Code is amended to
read as follows:
537.05. Conditional Uses. Subdivision 1. The uscs listed in this
subsection are conditional uses in the MU R, MU C or MU N Districts and
Conditional uses listed in Table 1 are subject to the conditional use permit
provisions outlined in Subsection 547.09 of this code and the following
conditions.
Section X This Ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield
City Charter.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of
