11-10564r RESOLUTION NO. 10564 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A PLAT FOR 6401 LYNDALE AVENUE, 515 64TH STREET WEST AND 521 64TH STREET WEST WHEREAS, Michael Development ("Applicant"), has requested final approval to combine the property at 6401 Lyndale Avenue, 515 64th Street West and 521 64th Street West in the City of Richfield; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as THE PLAZA ON LYNDALE; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed final plat of THE PLAZA ON LYNDALE on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at which all interested persons were given the opportunity to be heard; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for THE PLAZA ON LYNDALE was approved by the City Council after a public hearing was held on September 27, 2011. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows: 1. The proposed plat of THE PLAZA ON LYNDALE satisfies the requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances. 2. Final approval is granted to the Applicant for the plat THE PLAZA ON LYNDALE. 3. The Applicant must file the final plat with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles, within 30 days of the approval of this resolution. 4. Staff is authorized to make changes as required by the Hennepin County Surveyor's Office. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 27th day of September, 2011.
