RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MnDOT)
MASTER UTILITY AGREEMENT NO. 1062054, APPLICABLE TO STATE PROJECT NUMBER
2785-462 ON TRUNK HIGHWAY NUMBER 494
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Richfield is authorized to enter into the Master Utility
Agreement (MUA), MnDOT Agreement Number 1062054, applicable to State Project Number 2785-
462 on Trunk Highway Number 494, with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for
the following purposes:
To cooperate with the Contractor to coordinate all utility relocation issues for State Project Number
2785-462 on Trunk Highway Number 494.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to execute
the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 28th day of July, 2026.
