OnSeptember 14,

Lyndale

rezoning

therefore
not

effectuated -
until
funding

The
Councilagreedto
but
included
a
stipulation
that
the
approvalwouldexpire
after
nine
months.
Michael
Developmentis
now
readyto proceed
the
project,
as
indicated
by
the
submittalofrevised
plans (
recommended
for
approval

June);
however,
the
ordinance
authorizing
the
changeinzoning
expired
on
June
14th.
