HEARINGS
4. On Council initiated request for rezoning at 6400-6402 Nicollet Ave.
from C-2 to C-1.
(Following the City Council action initiating this rezoning
request a letter has been received from Dr. Trow withdrawing
his request for rezoning the above property because of the
restrictions imposed by the City Council).
DISCUSSION ITEMS
5. Discussion of possible future development in the block bounded by
Nicollet Avenue, 65th Street, lst Avenue, and 64th Street.
6. Review of recommendations prepared by Carroll Waller indicating a need
for a full time City Planner.
7. Discussion of an increase in the fee required for a rezoning appli-
cation.
