6. Approval of new members added to citizen advisory committees since origi-qal
appointments were made at January 21, 1969 meeting.
7. Review of procedures and tentative time table for comprehensive planning
project. Report on citizen committee progress.
8. Discussion of Midwest Planning and Research, Inc. contract renewal for con-
tinuing planning services in 1969.
