The City Council Members present attended a special meeting for the purpose of receiving
feedback on options being considered for the replacement of the Lyndale Avenue bridge over 1-494
Project at the Richfield City Hall Council Chambers, 6700 Portland Avenue between 6:00 p.m. and
8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2005.
