The City Council Members present attended a Public Hearing held by the Transportation
Commission for the purpose of obtaining public comments on the four design options and four
different alignment alternatives on the 66th Street and Portland Avenue project held at the Richfield
City Hall Council Chambers, 6700 Portland Avenue at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2005.
