The City Council Members present attended a panel discussion and dialogue on immigration
rights hosted by the Richfield Human Rights Commission in conjunction with local social service
action groups, Jewish Community Action and ISAIAH at the Richfield Community Center, 7000
Nicollet Avenue at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2005.
