The City Council Members present attended an Open House to hear ideas regarding land use
alternatives for the area surrounding the 66th Street and Portland Avenue intersection at the Richfield
City Hall Council Chambers, 6700 Portland Avenue at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2005.
