CALL TO ORDER
'The meeting was called to order by Mayor Goettel at 8:34 a.m. in the Richfield School District
Board Room.
The oath ofi office was administered to Debbie Goettel, Mayor.

The City Council and staff discussed goal setting and strategic planning for 2011.
