CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Supple at 4:30 p.m. held at Wood Lake Nature
Center.
Council Members Mary Supple, Mayor; Simon Trautmann; Sean Hayford Oleary; and Ben

Recreation Services Director; Mike Dobesh, Fire Chief; Kumud Verma,
Finance Manager; and Chris Swanson, Management Analyst
Item #1 CITY COUNCIL AND STAFF TEAM BUILDING RETREAT
The City Council and staff met to discuss the Strategic Plan dashboard; review policy
proposals; and discuss the effective governance survey.

The work session was adjourned by unanimous consent at 7:30 p.m.
