REGULPiR MEETING
December 8, 1959
MINUTES
Regular members of the Long Range Capital Improvements Planning
Commission met December 8, 1959 in the Coffee Koom of the Village
Hall.
l~fembers present were: Coombs, Erspamer, Shimer, and Grunditz.
Reiter arrived at 7:42.
Absent: None.
The meeting was called to order at 7:38.
The minutes of the last meeting were approved as printed.
1. Finance Chapter.
bir. Anderson reed the chapter which he had compiled on finance.
it was decided that he tti~ould use his and AZr. Reiterts material
to make a combined draft which would be sent to all members.
Any changes which the members wished to make should be called
in to bir. Anderson by bfonday, December 14th.
2. Printing of Report #2.
Reiter moved that Nir. Anderson go ahead with the printing of the
report with the exception of the chapter on finance.
Second by Coombs.. Carried.
3. Adjournment.
Reiter moved to adjourn at 9:50. Second by Coombs. Carried.
