LONG RANGE CAPITAL IMPROVEAiENTS PLANNING COMMISSION
VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD
SPECIAL AiEETING
November 18, 1959
MINUTES
Regular members of the Long Range Capital Improvements Planning
Commission met November 18, 1959 in the Coffee Room of the Village
Hall.
Members present were: Coombs, Erspamer, Reiter, Shimer, and
Grunditz.
Absent: None
The meeting was called to order at 7:17 P.Ai.
The minutes of-the October 21st and November 9th meetings were
approved as printed.
1. Distribution of Aiinutes:
Air. Coombs moved that the minutes, and all resolutions and
reports should not be sent to anyone until the Commission has
approved them. Second by Shime r. Carried.
2. Plan A - Report:
Air. Coombs read his paper on Plan A, and this report was
accepted with minor corrections.
Air. Coombs moved that photostatic copies of the plat plans
and perspectives of the main floor and walk out basement under
Plan A be made in 82 by 11-size to be included in Report #2.
Second by Shimer. Carried.
3. Finance Report:
Air. Reiter had misunderstood the date of this meeting so
did not have his completed finance report. He would get this to
Air. Anderson by November 20th.
4. Next Aieetin~:
The next meeting would be on December 8, 1959 at 7:30 p.m.
By this time Air. Anderson would have put together all the material
for Report #2 anal would have a rough draft in its entirety.
Air. Coombs moved to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. Second by Shimer.
Carried.
