The official members of the Long Range Capital Improvements
Planning Commission met November 27, 195?, in the Council Chambers of the
Village Hall at 7:10 F.M.
Members present were: Gasterland, Arundel, Grunditz, Henshaw
and Woe me r

bir. McInnis and Mr. Ed Moline,. Village Accountant, were present.

Motion by Arundel, seconded by Grunditz to have Mr, McInnis ask
Mr. Van ~Crsvelen tp prepare ~. graph pr4~eeting figures showing expected
village revenue and expenditures for the next five years. ~ Carried,

Mr. McInnis presented a suggested outline for the final report
of the Long Range Capital Improvements Planning Commission. He would
be remaining at his present job at least until the completion of this
report with the deadline set at two months, tie was asked to start work

5. Mr. McInnis and Mr. Moline to Meet with Evensen and Associates
After Mr, Van Krevelen's graph was prepared, Mr. McInnis and

their opinion as to the plausibility of meeting project requests desired.

the final report of the Long Range Planning Commission was written, it was
felt desirable to have Mr. Evensen appear before the Planning Commission
again to present his thinking., It was thought that the fee for Evensen's
services could be met from the Planning Commission budget.

7 . .Tentative Priority f_ or Pro iect Keguests
The members worked on the project requests and prepared a ten-
tative listing of their priorities pending discussion with Mr. Jolly and
Mr. Evensen. This list LPC 108 would be given to ex-officio members and
discussion would be held at the regular meeting of the Commission on
December 12th.
8. Subdivision of Storm Sewer Project Kegue~a #1
Mr. Jolly would be asked to divide up the Sitorm Sewer Project
Request #1 into as many sub-projects as feasible and practicable and set
them up as Project Requests #IA, 1B, etc. in order of urgency.
Mr. Jolly and Mr. Moline would be asked to attend the December
12th meeting.
There was considerable discussion about the Recreation Buildi~_
and question about the use of the schools for recreational purposes. Mr..
R.umpel would be asked about this.

The question of hospital facilities for the south suburban area
was also raised, and it was felt that some of the Planning Commission's
thinking about th is should be included in our final report.
