Members present were: Gasterland, Arundel, Grunditz and Woerner Absent:. Henshaw Ex-Off icia members present: Absent: None Van Krevelen, Serstock, Rumpel and Gunderson 1. Minutes Motion by Woerner seconded by Arundel that the minutes of the last meetings be approved as corrected. Carried. 2._ Debt Measu of the Village of Richfield nt Mr. McInnis and Mr. Ed Moline, Village Accountant, presented.-- a "Debt.Measurement of the Village of Richf ie ld and Independent School District #12". Members were also given L.F.C. 10?, "Statistical Sampling of Nome Owners Equity in the Village of Richfield". 3~„~,raph showing the Present Neill Levy for Independent School Mr. Rumpel was asked to prepare a graph showing the present mill levy for schools and how expenditures far scho~~l project requests would affect this mill levy. l+ir. Ed Moline was asked to attend the next regular meeting of tae Long Range Capital Improvements Planning Commission. 4. Ex-Officio Members Excused. Ex-Officio members were excused at 8:35 P~ 5. Priorities of the Proiect Requests The official members of the Long Mange Capital Improvements rlanning Commission attempted to set the final priorities on the project r-~ :~ requests, however not all members could stay until the task ~d~,s completed, the refore, it was decided that after the regular meeting in October, members would continue to meet until the priorities had been set. 6. Froiect Requests for the Main Thorough Fares Mr. ~'jcInnis was instructed to request Mr.-`Jolly, dillage En- gineer, to break down the project requests for sidewalk curb and gutter, so that the ~'lanning Commission members would know the cost of such re- quests for the main thorough fares as separated from the residential areas. 7 . ~-d .i ou rumen t Motion by E~rundel, seconded by t~oerner to adjourn at 9:05 F`.~i.
