Special Meeting

The Long Range Capital Improvements Planning Commission met
llugust 20, 1957,- in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall.
Members present were: Gasterland, Arundel, Grunditz and'
Woerner
Absent: Renshaw
The following project requests were given to members..
#28 Addition to and Alterations to Village Hall
#29 Street Department Garage
#30 Survey of Water Supply System
Also handed out was a. summary of priorities given project re-
quests by the Village representatives.
Mr. Burt Storm was present to answer questions regarding the
recreation requests forms.
bir. Jolly was also present to Delp with several questions the
Commission had regarding storm sewers, roads, and water for the Village.
1. Village and School District #12 Debt

It was decided to ask 1°lr. McInnis to let the Commission members
know when he would be meeting with Pvensen and Associates to plan the
graph asked for at the previous meeting so that-the members might be
present if they wished.
2. Priorities for Project Requests
The concensus was that until members knew how the expenditure
for suggested capital improvements wou ld affect the present Village and
School District #12 debt, it would be impossible to set up a list of
priorities for the project requests. Members also felt that priorities
should not be categorized, but considered as a. whole..
It wa.s hoped that the meeting with Evensen and Associates could
be held before the next regular meeting of the Commission, so that a
priority list could be prepared by the official members.
