Council Member Ulrich attended the Richfield Historical Society Christmas Party held
at 7116 Garfield Avenue at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2001. A quorum of the City
Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City Council occurred.
