CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 8:47 p.m.

Gertrude Ulrich.

Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager.
The City Council met for the purpose of conducting an annual performance
evaluation of City Manager Orduno. The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant
to M. S. 471.705.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:50 p.m.
