CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 8:07 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; Gertrude
Ulrich; and John Enger.
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager; Cheryl Krumholz, Recording
Secretary; and John LeFevre, Kennedy and Graven.
The City Council met for the purpose of the discussion of the New Ford Town/Rich
Acres park condemnation litigation. The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant
to M. S. 471.705.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 8:45 p.m.
