Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor.
Mayor Kirsch attended the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) Annual
Policy Adoption Meeting held at the League of Minnesota Cities Building, the St. Croix
Room, 145 University Avenue West, St. Paul at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2001.
A quorum of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City Council
occurred.
