Council
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; and Gertrude Ulrich.
Mayor Kirsch and Council Member Ulrich attended the Richfield Chamber of
Commerce General Membership Meeting held at Village Shores, 6501 Woodlake Drive at
12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2001. A quorum of the City Council was not present.
Therefore, no meeting of the City Council occurred.
