Council Member Enger attended the Richfield 2020 Forum held at Centennial School,
7315 Bloomington Avenue at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2001. A quorum of the
City Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City Council occurred.
