Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor.
The Mayor attended the Fire and Public Safety Department annual Open House held
at Richfield City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue South at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13,
2001. A quorum of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City
Council occurred.
