Mayor Kirsch attended the reception to meet the Fire Chief candidates held at the
Richfield City Hall Council Chambers, 6700 Portland Avenue, 5:30 p.m. through 6:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, August 15, 2001. A quorum of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no
meeting of the City Council occurred.
