Council
Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor; and Gertrude Ulrich.
Mayor Kirsch and Council Member Ulrich attended the Village Park Apartments
Clubhouse Open House held at 951 East 77th Street at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25,
2001. A quorum of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City
Council occurred.
