CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 10:09 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; Gertrude
Ulrich; and John Enger.
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager; Mike Eastling, Public Works
Director; Cheryl Krumholz, Recording Secretary; Corrine Thomson,
City Attorney; and Jim Strommen, Kennedy and Graven.
The City Council met for the purpose of the discussion of potential litigation. The
Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant to M. S. 471.705.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 10:39 p.m.
