Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor; and Gertrude Ulrich.
The Mayor and Council Member Ulrich attended a Minnesota Life College graduation
celebration held at the Radisson South – Bloomington, Minnesota, at 12:30 p.m. on
Saturday, June 16, 2001. A quorum of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no
meeting of the City Council occurred.
