Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor; and Gertrude Ulrich.
The Mayor and Council Member Ulrich participated in the Association of Metropolitan
Municipalities 2001 annual meeting held at the Four Points Sheraton – Minneapolis
Metrodome, 1330 Industrial Boulevard at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2001. A quorum
of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City Council occurred.
