The City Council Members present attended the Board Meeting of the Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency regarding Best Buy’s Indirect Source Permit, which was held at
MPCA, 520 Lafayette Road North, St. Paul, at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2001.
Council Members Sandahl, Ulrich and Rosenberg addressed the MPCA Board.
