CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 8:43 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; Gertrude
Ulrich; and John Enger.
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager; Steven Devich, Administrative
Services Director; Jim Topitzhofer, Recreation Services Director;
Chris Regis, Finance Manager; Cheryl Krumholz, Recording
Secretary; and Corrine Thomson, City Attorney.
The City Council met for the purpose of discussion of the Rich Acres Golf Course
proposed settlement; and New Ford Town/Rich Acres park condemnation litigation. The
Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant to M. S. 471.705.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:18 p.m.
