Ulrich.
The Mayor and City Council Members present attended a legislative hearing
regarding the State’s $30 million grant for airport mitigation, which was held at the State
Capitol, 75 Constitution Avenue, St. Paul, at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2001.
Mayor Kirsch and Council Member Enger testified at the hearing.
