Sandahl.
The Mayor and City Council Members present attended Senator Day’s legislation
hearing regarding the I-494 Corridor and a moratorium on buildings, which was held at the
State Capitol, 75 Constitution Avenue, St. Paul, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28,
2001.
Council Members Enger and Sandahl testified at the hearing.
