Closed Executive Session
February 26, 2001
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 5:33 p.m. in the Council
Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; and
Gertrude Ulrich.
Members
Not Present:John Enger.
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager; Cheryl Krumholz, Recording
Secretary; and Corrine Thomson, City Attorney.
City Manager Orduno said that Council Member Enger notified her that he would
be late.
Mayor Kirsch adjourned at 5:35 p.m. to the Closed Executive Session in the
Executive Conference Room for the purpose of discussing current and pending litigation.
The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant to M. S. 471.705.
Mayor Kirsch called the Closed Executive Session to order at 5:40 p.m. in the
Executive Conference Room.
ROLL CALL

Ulrich; and John Enger (arrived at 5:57 p.m.).
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager; Cheryl Krumholz, Recording
Secretary; Corrine Thomson, City Attorney; Karen Cole, Kennedy &
Graven; and Mac LeFevre, Kennedy & Graven.

City Manager Orduno said that Council Member Enger notified her that he would
be late.
Mayor Kirsch recessed the Closed Executive Session at 5:47 p.m. to wait on further
discussion until Council Member Enger arrived.
Mayor Kirsch reconvened the Closed Executive Session in the Executive
Conference Room at 5:57 p.m. upon the arrival of Council Member Enger to discuss
current and pending litigation. The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant to M.
S. 471.705.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:38 p.m.
