City Council
Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor; Gertrude Ulrich; Susan Rosenberg; Sue
Sandahl; and John Enger.
Staff Present:Jim Topitzhofer, Recreation Services Director; Kathy Farris, Human
Services Planner/Coordinator; Bruce Palmborg, Community
Development Director; and Cheryl Krumholz, Administrative Assistant.
The City Council hosted a dinner at 6:00 p.m. to thank and acknowledge members of
the community for their voluntary service on the City’s various Advisory Boards and
Commissions.
Representatives from the Advisory Boards and Commissions presented brief
summaries of 2000 accomplishments and 2001 goals.
The City Council recognized the Chairpersons and members of the various Advisory
Boards and Commissions:
