CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 8:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Gertrude Ulrich; John Enger;
and Sue Sandahl.
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager;Steven Devich, Administrative
Services Director; Mike Eastling, Public Works Director; Bruce
Palmborg, Community Development Director; Jim Topitzhofer,
Recreation Services Director; Dan Scott, Public Safety Director; Bill
Fillmore, Municipal Liquor Operations Director; and Pam Dmytrenko,
Assistant to the City Manager.
The Mayor, City Council Members and City Staff present participated in a goal setting
session for 2001 at the Radisson Hotel South & Plaza Tower, 8:00 a.m. on January 5, 2001.
The facilitator for the session was Carl Neu.
