CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 10:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; Susan Rosenberg; Sue Sandahl; Kristal
Stokes; and Russ Susag.
Staff Present:Samantha Orduno, City Manager; and Stephen Bubul, Attorney.
The City Council met for the purpose of conducting an annual performance
evaluation of City Manager Orduno. The Closed Executive Session is convened pursuant
to M. S. 471.705.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 11:23 p.m.
