CALL TO ORDER/COMMENTS
Chair Johanson called the meeting to order at 7:04. Members introduced themselves.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Johanson moved, seconded by Skoog, to approve the minutes of the regular January meeting. Approved.
STAFF REPORTS
Recreation Services
Director Huemiller reported on the following:
Little Spartans Hockey scrimmaged against Pearl Park at the Ice Arena.
New ice resurfacer coming to the Ice Arena.
Warming houses and rinks have been very busy.
Game night and play dates have been well-attended.
Seed swap was well-attended.
AARP Tax Aide is underway.
Hiring for summer seasonal positions in Recreation Services.
Council approved the guaranteed maximum price for Wood Lake; construction manager has begun.
Wood Lake’s new nature exhibit renderings from Science Museum of MN and Blue Rhino.
