Call to Order
Rudolph called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Approval of Minutes/Agenda
Minutes and Agenda: Motion by Wendt to approve the March regular meeting minutes. Approved, ayes all. <Motion by Felgate to approve the April agenda. Approved, ayes all.
Staff Reports
Recreation Services
Topitzhofer provided the report. Rudolph reported on the curling program at the Ice Arena.
Action Items
Friends of Wood Lake Board Appointees
Engeldinger moved to appoint Patrick Bergin, and Wendt moved to appoint Chelsea Knauf and Richard Morey, to three-year terms on the Friends of Wood Lake Board. Approved, ayes all.
2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan
Topitzhofer outlined the plan. Wendt moved to proceed with the entire Wood Lake Perimeter Trail project in 2018 and pool the Taft, Jefferson, and Nicollet Play Equipment Replacement
projects together in 2019. Approved, ayes all.
Wendt moved to approve the 2019-2023 capital improvement plan (as amended above). Approved, ayes all.
MN GreenStep Cities Annual Performance Management Report
Topitzhofer presented the report and outlined the City of Richfield’s goals and objectives related to the GreenStep Cities program. Engeldinger moved to accept the MN GreenStep Cities
2018 Annual Performance Management Report. Approved, ayes all.<
