Call to Order Chair Vizecky called the meeting to order at 7:48 pm.
Approval of Minutes Ness moved, seconded by Charnitz, to approve the minutes of the regular March meetings. Approved, ayes all.
Special Report City Hall Project Update
Jabs provided the group with an update on the work of the City Hall Task Force. He provided background: the Task Force toured other city halls and concluded that a new city hall should
be built (rather than a remodeling job) on the existing site. He said that some open houses are being held and the public is encouraged to attend. Ness said that the project would
include some improvements to Heredia Park.
Staff Reports Recreation Services-Warming House Report
Recreation Programs/Athletics Manager White provided a report on the warming house usage. He said that the skating season started earlier and was longer, but usage is down. Topitzhofer
said that this may be related to changing needs, changing populations, etc.
Action Items Richfield Lake Park Play Equipment Award of Contract
Topitzhofer said that a selection committee, including Schmidt and Springer, selected Clearwater Recreation using criteria from the RFP, which was compiled from feedback from the neighborhood
meeting. He said that the committee scored the six proposals with objective criteria and Clearwater scored the highest. He said that the award of contract will be considered by the
Council, if the CSC approves it tonight, at the April 22 Council meeting. Christian moved, seconded by Ness, to recommend Council approval of the award of contract to Clearwater Recreation
for the purchase and installation of play equipment at Richfield Lake Park. Approved, ayes all.
Committee Reports Transportation Commission
Charnitz provided the report.

Topitzhofer provided the report.
Honoring All Veterans Memorial
Schmidt and Topitzhofer provided the report.
Celebrations Commission
Topitzhofer provided the report.
Arts Commission
Hoover provided the report.
Other Mangold offered to meet with Topitzhofer and the Liquor Director about marketing the liquor stores to publicize the benefit to the parks.
Adjournment Ness moved, seconded by Schmidt, to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
