Call to Order Chair Vizecky called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Approval of Minutes Ness moved, seconded by Peloquin, to approve the minutes of the regular October meeting. Approved, ayes all.
Discussion Items Stormwater Comprehensive Planning
Topitzhofer introduced Public Works Director Eastling and Engineer Asher, who detailed the Richfield Stormwater Management Plan and said that the CSC will be asked for input in early
2007 as a new bond is sold (the previous bond has matured). The CSC will be asked to help prioritize capital improvements and consider other investments in the stormwater program.
Draft Bikeway Plan
Foley told the group that the January deadline to submit a federal grant application has been extended to April, so the Bikeway Plan that was brought to the group earlier in 2006 will
be revisited by staff and the CSC in the early months of 2007.
Committee Reports Vets Memorial TF
Topitzhofer told the group that an open house was held and plans were solidified. The website is up and details regarding the sale of engravings are being finalized.
Master Park Plan
Peloquin reported on the Comprehensive Guide Plan kick-off meeting.

Adjournment Peloquin moved, seconded by Christian, to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:51 pm.
