Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor.
The Mayor participated in the Richfield 2020: Focus on the Future visioning forum
held at the Richfield High School, 7001 Harriet Avenue, 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, October 3, 2000. A quorum of the City Council was not present. Therefore, no
meeting of the City Council occurred.
