Members Present:Martin J. Kirsch, Mayor; and Susan Rosenberg.
The Mayor and Council Member Rosenberg participated in the open house related to
the Best Buy Campus redevelopment held at the Richfield Middle School, 7461 Oliver
Avenue,4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2000. A quorum of the City
Council was not present. Therefore, no meeting of the City Council occurred.
