CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kirsch at 6:00 p.m.

Public Works Director Eastling reviewed Staff Report No. 10 regarding the
Minnesota Department of Transportation proposed construction phasing and detours
related to the I-35W high occupancy vehicle lane addition and I-35W/TH 62 reconstruction.
Len Sandstrom, Minnesota Department of Transportation final design section
member, presented and answered questions regarding plan drawings and displays related
to the proposed construction phasing and detours planned for during the I-35W high
occupancy vehicle land addition and I-35W/TH 62 reconstruction. He reviewed a traffic
movement matrix delineating the detours and their duration.
