CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Susag at 8:30 a.m. at the
Layfayette Country Club, Minnetonka Beach, Minnesota.
ROLL CALL
Members Present:Sue Sandahl; Russ Susag; and Kristal Stokes.
Excused Absences:Martin Kirsch, Mayor; and Susan Rosenberg.
Staff Present :James Prosser, City Manager.
Others Present :Lisa Lynn and Jim Lynn, Lynn & Associates.
Lisa Lynn and Jim Lynn, Lynn & Associates, facilitated a workshop session with the
City Council.
