Call to Order
Approval of Agenda – motion/second/all in favor

Bark in The Park - recap
Event went well – about 15 dogs with owners, polaroid photos were taken, candy and donated treats given out, as well as other donated prizes
City Council Presentation – recap
City Council was impressed once again with our annual activities. They especially appreciated our contributions to the community and involvement with families in Richfield. Outgoing
RAC members were recognized publicly in the meeting for years of contributions to the community.
Painting Pride Roundabout-update- 2024 project
Motion was approved to use a portion of remaining budget to purchase paint supplies to repaint sections of the roundabout in 2024 (up to $1200).
Little Library
Stocked, may need more books in 2024, public works will try to keep path clear during winter in the event of snow
Community Services Commission Update
None available – BJ Skoog (liaison) was absent and CSC didn’t meet in Oct. 2023
November Dual Language School event -November 10
Supplies were purchased to make sugar skull masks to go along with the movie theme for the event. Volunteers are ready to participate with families.
November Authors event November 18th 3pm
Paper bags needed for book covers. Authors are set. RAC volunteers needed to help set up, participate, and take down after event.
Other Upcoming Events/ Activities
Winter Market Planter Decorations
Motion was approved to purchase additional decorations for more planters this year ($100). Tree Farm will once again donate the natural materials for the planters and we will reuse birch/décor
from last year. Volunteers will meet on the evening of 11/14 to decorate!
2024 Farmers Market ideas
Ideas were discussed to be finalized in 2024
