Chair’s report M.G. has resigned effective immediately, leaving one vacancy. Motion
passed to approve request for mid-term replacement of M.G. City
council will appoint a new commissioner, who will serve through the
end of M.G.’s term in January 2026

Old Business Short term rental ordinance update from Walter (see above).Final
language is pending, tentative cap of 100 rentals.
Continued discussion of providing training/resources on safe
protesting and public assembly, potential partnership with ACLU or
other groups with expertise
