1. Received an anonymous complaint about recent recipient
not being a city resident. Motion to extend nomination
window to 60 days.

B. 1. Mady did not receive response from contact at RPS.
Proclamation to be presented at 10/14 city council meeting.
Motion to approve proclamation 1st/2nd: Tim/Chris. Motion passed.
Motion to add Human Rights Day to proclamations calendar
(December 12) 1st/2nd: Tim/Valerie. Motion passed. Valerie will draft
proclamation for review at November meeting.
C. Safe housing, inclusion, quality education poll results.
Not many people asked questions, a handout/brochure could be
helpful. Next time, send out the schedule and contact information
beforehand.
