1. Call to Order & Attendance at 6:35 by Tiffany

A. Motion to approve with typo correction to 6th paragraph 1st/2nd:
Mara/Dana -passed
Moton to approve Indigenous Peoples Day proclamation with minor
spelling/grammar edits 1st/2nd: Karole/Mike - passed
Motion to approve LGBTQ proclamation with removal of oxford
commas 1st/2nd: Dana/Karole - passed
B. Sub-committee meetings to be scheduled during monthly HRC
meeting. September meeting: Wednesday 9/25, 6:30pm at
Lakewinds. Public meeting notice will be published.
C. Consider changing date to late November, two attorneys
confirmed for September. Tiffany will follow up and present more
information at October meeting.
D. Karole sourcing tablecloth and banner. Karole, Callmie, Valerie will
help with setup. Val to create google doc for booth coverage.

F. Northfield HRC meets on the 4th Wednesday monthly at 6pm.
Brittany will check on October 23rd

A. Book of the Year Update - Legacy
books
A. Move to new business for October meeting, Dana will resend
information about potential book

Motion to move the November meeting to Thursday 11/7 at 6:30pm.

Announcements/Open Forum: City is seeking election judges, commissioners
