City Council/Liaisons -Conflict Resolution Center hosting events centered around
evictions – more information will be shared (first is scheduled for
2/10/24, 10-2 at Assumption Church)

changes, Brittany will share with group via email

A. Two new commissioners began their term effective 2/1/2024:
Mady and Callmie
B. Date for celebration is Wednesday 6/19/2024; motions and
details will be presented at March meeting
C. Edits are needed to previous year’s proclamation (dates,
suggestion to recognize Crown Act, influential teacher)
→ Motion to approve discussed edits made by Karole: 1st/2nd Tim
/Callmie (unanimous approval)
D. Mady to draft proclamation, Dana will send her the template.

A. Informational poster in progress, will present updated
version at March meeting; exploring HRC presence at
community events to gather feedback from renters (IE
farmers market, legal aid clinic)
B. Keep previous prompts, tentative due date mid-April;
commissioners to explore potential corporate sponsorship
for prizes
C. Draft letter addressed to city manager: Requesting
authority for Tim to send letter on behalf of RHC within 30
days
→ Motion 1st/2nd Tim/Youth member (unanimous
approval)
D. Target date early July, pending confirmation from judge
E. Fiscal sponsor TBD – negotiations ongoing with TC Pride
F. Tim and Tiffany to co-lead initiative → add to March
agenda for further discussion about 2024 dates/planning
Announcements/Open Forum: Leadership “office hours” – 6pm in Heredia Room
ERA rally- Monday 2/12 at 10:00, State Capitol rotunda
